Set to high-energy beats ranging from old-school to new-school hip-hop, top 40, and fan favorites, PRAXIS Power Flow unfolds in a candlelit, energy-filled atmosphere. The practice is accessible to all levels, with modifications to ensure every practitioner feels both challenged and supported.

Our infrared-heated room (90-95°) creates a warm, nourishing space for growth, balance, and transformation.

HIIT

PRAXIS HIIT is a high-energy, 45-minute total-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and power. Using a mix of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class challenges you to push past limits in an infrared-heated room.

Every workout is choreographed to the beat, driving intensity while keeping you engaged and motivated. With a slower pace, you’ll have time to refine alignment, connect with your breath, and tune into what your body needs. This class invites you to move mindfully, embrace stillness, and end with restorative rest—allowing your body and nervous system to reset. Rooted in simplicity and consistency, PRAXIS Slow Flow creates space for growth, balance, and renewal.

Yoga Sculpt
