PRAXIS POWER FLOW

The PRAXIS Power Flow is an artfully sequenced, invigorating, playful class where movement is harmonized with breath. This dynamic class weaves in fluid movements to promote strength, stability, flexibility, mental focus, and body awareness. Using your breath as your tool, you’ll become more attuned to your body, your practice, and your mind, to stay present in the moment. The class encourages tapping into your inner wisdom — guiding you to feel when to challenge yourself and when to add ease and support. We flow through high energy beats ranging from old school to new school hip hop, top 40 and fan favorites in a fun, candlelit, energy filled atmosphere. The PRAXIS Power Flow can be modified for any level, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both challenged and supported. Our classes are heated to 90-95 degrees using infrared technology, providing a warm and nourishing environment for growth and balance.

HIIT

PRAXIS HIIT is a 45 minute total body workout incorporating weights, resistance bands and bodyweight in a heated room. Class focuses on building strength while also incorporating cardio movements. Workouts are choreographed to the beat of the music. Choose from a complete lineup of Upper, Lower and Full Body classes which allow you to push yourself to limits not reached before.

PRAXIS SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow is a gentler version of The PRAXIS Power Flow, perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. This slower-paced practice ensures you have ample time and space to learn the basics and connect with your body. It’s also a great opportunity for deeper exploration of advanced poses. In Slow Flow, we encourage you to take your practice at your own pace, and finish with a period of rest to heal your body and nervous system. This class embodies simplicity and consistency, creating a harmonious space for personal growth and balance.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is an invigorating workout combines traditional yoga poses with light weights and high-intensity cardio bursts to create a full-body workout that tones and sculpts every muscle. Designed to elevate your heart rate and build strength, this class integrates mindful breathing and fluid movements, ensuring you leave feeling balanced and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels, YOGA SCULPT is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice with a dynamic, muscle-toning boost.

RESTORE + RELAX

Restore + Relax is a class where you’re encouraged to completely unwind in a candlelit room, gently guided to tune deeply into your breath, body, mind, and whole being while listening to calming music. This class is designed to help you walk away with less stress, more clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to who you are. Restore + Relax combines powerful meditation exercises with gentle, mindful movement, and an incredible playlist, offering a unique meditation experience that uplifts the soul and embraces progress over perfection.
