The Praxis Power Flow is an artfully sequenced, invigorating, and playful class where movement and breath flow seamlessly together. With the room heated to 88-92 degrees using infrared technology, this class offers a warm, nurturing environment that enhances flexibility, builds strength, and promotes mental clarity. HIIT

PRAXIS HIIT is a high-energy, 45-minute total body workout that blends strength, cardio, and dynamic movement—all set to the beat of the music. Using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises in a heated room with infrared technology, this class pushes your limits while keeping the energy high. Get ready to sweat, move, and feel unstoppable!

PRAXIS SLOW FLOW

PRAXIS Slow Flow is a strong, intentional practice that emphasizes control, breath, and deep connection. With a steady pace, this class allows time to refine movements, build strength, and enhance flexibility. Heated to 88-92 degrees with infrared technology, Slow Flow challenges both beginners and experienced yogis to move with purpose while staying grounded in the present moment.
